How does online tutoring work?

Shared whiteboard using BitPaper - both student and tutor can hand-write, draw, play games, type and upload documents.
Why online?
I have been tutoring online since long before the current trend.
No travel required.
No need to make space for me.
No need to get siblings out of the way!
Access to an unlimited amount of resources, games, past papers,
Ideal for students who don’t always speak up in class – my face in the corner of the screen is much less intimidating than having a teacher in your space. I have also found that it helps students to understand their own thought processes – they find themselves describing, explaining and questioning as they add to our shared whiteboard. This verbalising helps them build confidence in their ability to learn.
